Improved form customizing and new PDF merge integration

We made it on time! The new SSP Forms Release 2310 will be presented at this year’s DSAG annual congress in Bremen will be released.

The release will then be available to all new customers, existing customers and those interested in forms from October 2023.

With Release 2310, you can expect even better usability, an intuitive customizing user interface and extended functions. As with previous releases, the development team at Softway AG always focuses on the continuous optimization of working methods and the precise applicability of SAP forms using SSP Forms.

A highlight of the new SSP Forms Release 2310 in detail

The new PDF Merge integration allows you to merge any number of documents into one PDF. This means you can easily add other PDF documents to existing PDF documents in SAP as an additional page. This can be integrated via customizing for the following applications:

• SD_V1: Order
• SD_V2: Delivery bill
• SD_V3: Invoice
• MM_EF: Order

A small example to help you understand:
In addition to the invoice, you would also like to include the terms and conditions in the document. PDF Merge Integration is now available for this purpose. You have your general terms and conditions as a PDF and simply merge this document with the invoice from SAP. You have already attached the GTC as an additional page in the invoice.
