Objective: Analysis of the status quo

• Partially automated via a usage analysis in the customer’s production system
• Determining the scope and scale of the individual project (depending on the client’s requirements)
• On request, we can also carry out a proof of concept

Kickoff workshop

Goal: Personal introduction, creating transparency and understanding

• Definition of the objective for the customer project
• Briefing, personal introduction and definition of all project roles and project participants
• Demonstration of SSP Forms
• Clarification of all general and organizational questions
• Remote or on-site possible on request

Reorganization & implementation

Objective: Intensification of cooperation, documentation of progress, planning of next steps, implementation of customizable forms.

There are three implementation variants to choose from:

1. Complete implementation by Softway AG in an “Carefree package”
2. Division of tasks between the customer and Softway AG – “we sprint together”
3. Independent implementation with optional support from Softway AG – “we empower you”

• The main work takes place in this phase: the implementation of the individual form adaptations
• Design of SAP forms in accordance with the customer’s CI and CD
• Weekly coordination with the customer
• Implementation of qualified developer tests to reduce the test effort for the customer

Goal: Simple, individual and fast transition to the customer’s productive system

• Live connection of customizable SAP forms
• Three implementation variants, which are already defined in the kick-off:

➔ Greenfield: New message types – advantageous as uncritical and with before/after comparison
➔ Gradual: Gradual go-live depending on organizational unit, language, etc.
➔ Big bang: All forms, locations and languages go live at the same time
