SAP S/4HANA Output Management Course

Goals of this course

S/4HANA brings a technological upheaval to SAP Output Management. Traditional technologies such as Smart Forms or SAPscript are being replaced by Adobe Forms. In our training course, we show how output management behaves in the new SAP S/4HANA system, which apps and tools are used and what needs to be considered in terms of architecture, processes and document creation.

• Architecture of the Output Management Framework
• Use and integration of templates

3. Practice & demo

• Presentation of the relevant Fiori apps
• Creating a template in Cloud Forms
• Output process in the S/4HANA system
• Q&A round with our SAP experts

Participants of the training understand the change in output management under SAP S/4HANA and recognize the implications for projects, processes and development.

2. Technical understanding
You will gain clarity about architecture, roles, tools and interfaces – with a focus on SAP Cloud Forms and SAP BTP. You will also learn the correct classification of terms such as BRF+ or Adobe Fragments.
