1. When did you start working at Softway AG & how did you come to Softway AG?

I’ve been with Softway since July 2013. I came across Softway AG via oberfrankenjobs.de when I was looking for an apprenticeship.

2. Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship at Softway AG back then?

I still had a job offer from a company in Bamberg. Despite the distance, I chose Softway because my trainer and current colleague Renate Schubert in particular left a positive and decisive impression on me.

3. To whom would you recommend this training?

Anyone who likes working with numbers.

5. What fascinates you about your job?

You experience something new every day and are constantly surprised (even by yourself).

6. Let’s travel back in time: What did you always want to be when you were younger?

Hotel manageress.

7. What does a typical working day look like for you? What tasks are you responsible for?

There is no typical working day. Every day is different and never boring. My tasks are very varied: I deal with HR issues, salaries, accounting (mainly accounts receivable), applicant management, the vehicle fleet, etc.

8. How do you deal with a stressful day at work? What helps you relax after work?

I then do a lot of sport and try to focus on myself after a stressful day at work. My absolute stress killer is also long car journeys with my best friend. I can really switch off there.

9. How would you describe the work & the team at Softway AG? What characterizes Softway AG?

The team is like a second family that you enjoy having around you. You always have a sympathetic ear here, whether it’s about personal or professional matters.The work is varied, often challenging, but always exciting. You are given a lot of trust and can show what strengths you have.

10. We would also like to know more about you in your private life. What do you particularly enjoy doing in your free time? Do you have any “special” hobbies?

I like to do a lot of sport, go to the gym a lot and play soccer in a club (RSV Drosendorf). Apart from that, I like going out with friends or simply touring by car. 😊
