New form technology with need for optimization:

• Numerous forms are in use (developed over the years from various modules such as MM, SD, FI according to different concepts or solution approaches)
• Outdated design of the forms
• Evaluations required for day-to-day business are missing
• Missing connection of the SAP backend system to modern front-end systems

Specifications & implementation

Modernization and expansion of existing forms:

• Introduction of Adobe labels, optimization of forms with SIFbA, refreshing the look and structure
• Possibility to evaluate the data collected in day-to-day business
• Interface with support for iOS and XOJO web applications, possibility to use customer-specific data as well as information from SAP Fiori standard services in customer-specific apps.

Results

Label printing for DIN A4 and Zebra: Modern Adobe forms (order, invoice, delivery bill, customer invoice, reminder, advice note, order summary, order backorder list, SEPA mandate, packing list, pick list, packing label, etc.).

Clearly structured and modern forms

Classic ABAP development: Various evaluation reports for the AFS module: including material master evaluation incl. classifications / characteristics and evaluation of customer master / supplier master.

Modern and service-oriented solution: Standardized OData-based interface for REST data access, preparation for SAP S/4 HANA & implementation with Fiori/U15 offer scalable real-time access.
