BSC Saas Bayreuth Basketball

The basketball department of BSC Saas Bayreuth has been represented in the basketball leagues of Upper Franconia for more than 30 years. Starting in the district league in 1986, the club has now established itself in the district league, having played in the Oberliga.

To support the club, we provide polo shirts that are used at events and on match days.

SKC ’67 Eggolsheim

With around 150 members, 60 of whom are active players, SKC ’67 Eggolsheim is one of the largest bowling clubs in the Bamberg Sports Bowlers Association. The club has teams from the national league to the district league. In addition to the sporting games and training sessions, the focus is always on a fun and eventful club life.

We have been supporting the club work of SKC ’67 Eggolsheim since 2022.

Hirschaid Volunteer Fire Brigade

As a successful company, we particularly want to support the people and clubs in our region. Volunteering is particularly important to us. For this reason, it was a matter of course for us to support our local volunteer fire department on its 150th anniversary.

The Hirschaid volunteer fire department celebrated its 150th anniversary from July 8-10, 2022. This occasion was an invitation to celebrate.

Defibrillator at REWE-Markt Burkard oHG Sassanfahrt

Saving lives together! At our regional REWE store Burkard oHG Sassanfahrt, we have been supporting the provision and maintenance of the local defibrillator since 2021.

Netzwerk e. V. for children and young people Hirschaid

As a recognized youth welfare organization, Netzwerk e. V. has been a partner for families for over 100 years. Netzwerk stands for a happy childhood and satisfied employees, because the modern pedagogy in the facility focuses on the interests and needs of the children. As a daycare center, you offer the children places of security, time to develop and try things out. Our work focuses on one thing above all: the child and their individual development.

Volley Ballarinas Bamberg

They play in the regional league and are one of the most successful women’s volleyball teams in Upper Franconia. Their goal was to be promoted to the third division in 2020, and we were happy to support this ambitious team.

Fire Children Foundation

Since 2000, a team of orthopaedic surgeons, anaesthetists, surgical nurses, physiotherapists and an orthopaedic technician has been traveling to northern Tanzania one to three times a year.

Their destination is the Nkoaranga Hospital (NLH) near the city of Arusha. The team there performs free operations on children and young people with deformities of the arms and legs. These include clubfeet and severe X and O-B deformities.

Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Regionalverband Forchheim e. V.

We want to help make wishes come true. That’s why Softway AG supported the ASB’s wish wagon in 2018, which has also been on the road in Franconia since 2019.

ASB’s “wish cars” come into play when relatives are overwhelmed, when a passenger can only be transported lying down, needs medical care or the family does not have the confidence to make the trip alone.

TSV Hirschaid

With around 1500 members, TSV Hirschaid is the largest club in the Bamberg district and offers a wide range of sports at reasonable prices.

The sporting training of children and young people is particularly important to the club. The infrastructure is ideal and it is very easy to reach over short distances.

Brose Bamberg sponsor of young talent

Brose Bamberg is a German basketball team from Bamberg that has won the German championship nine times and the German Cup six times. Bamberg will compete in the German Basketball League in the 2021/22 season.

The Brose Bamberg Club of Young Talent Supporters is committed to promoting young talent in kindergartens, schools and youth programs.

Parents’ Initiative for Children with Cancer Erlangen e.V.

This initiative has been very close to Softway AG’s heart for several years.

The diagnosis “Your child has cancer” always means the beginning of a long, arduous period of illness with operations and numerous therapies.

Bavarian Red Cross – Bamberg District Association

The Bavarian Red Cross rescues people, helps in emergencies, offers a community, stands by the poor and needy and watches over international humanitarian law – in Bavaria, Bamberg and all over the world.

The Bavarian Red Cross is there where people need help – be it after a traffic accident, a natural disaster or with senior citizens living alone.
