Girls’ & Boys’ Day 2024

We offer you the chance to get a taste of our apprenticeships as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in application development/system integration and office management assistant (m/f/d) in administration and sales/marketing!

On 25.04.2024 it’s that time again – Girls’ and Boys’ Day is taking place. On this day, Softway AG offers two schoolgirls the opportunity to get to know the company and gain an insight into the everyday working life of an IT specialist in application development and system integration. We are also offering two pupils the chance to take a closer look at the profession of office management assistant specializing in administration and sales/marketing and to get a taste of everyday working life.

With this campaign, Softway AG wants to present itself as a potential employer in the region, promote a stereotype-free career choice and introduce girls and boys to male- and female-dominated professions.

Girls’ & Boys’ Day is a career orientation day for girls and boys that takes place once a year. Companies and institutions invite pupils from the 5th grade onwards to get to know their professional field on this day. These are professions in which a maximum of 40 percent of women or men are currently doing an apprenticeship or studying. The day offers everyone involved the opportunity to throw typical gender roles overboard and redefine diversity.
