Another record: The DSAG Technology Days 2025 were better attended than ever before! 3,200 interested parties from the SAP community met in Wiesbaden to talk shop, network and exchange experiences. Taking part again in 2025: the experts for SAP Output Management from Softway AG.

In pole position: Softway AG competes in the IA4SP Carrera Challenge!

The event before the actual event – the Carrera Challenge of the International Association for SAP Partners e.V. took place on the eve of the DSAG Technology Days in Wiesbaden. After setting up the stand for the SAP trade fair, our trade fair team made its way to the IA4SP networking event.

In addition to a keynote speech by Helge Sanden (editor-in-chief of IT online magazine) on the SAP ecosystem, a variety of snacks and good conversation, the focus was on one topic in particular: Who will set the best lap time on the Carrera Hybrid course?

A brief explanation: The Carrera Hybrid System enables a new kind of racing experience in your own living room. With vehicles on a scale of 1:50, up to 16 drivers on a track at the same time, extra-wide track components and control via an app.

After initial difficulties at the start, some of our team were immediately fired up for the competition and were able to set the best times. Hans-Jürgen and Alex made it to the final of the evening. Out of 4 finalists, the winner was the first person to win 3 races. With 50 percent company participation, the odds were pretty good for us!

After 4 races, it was clear that we would be taking the “pot” back to Hirschaid! Our Marketing Manager Alex was able to prevail against the other competitors. All in all, a successful eve event for Softway AG.

Strategy Royale: Call, Raise or Fold?

3,200 attendees, 108 presentations, 16 partner presentations & 46 exhibitors – that’s how the DSAG Technology Days 2025 summed up. The highlights of the SAP trade fair included the SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), AI in the SAP environment and RISE with SAP.

In addition to the general trade fair focus on the winners and losers of different SAP strategies, the program of the Technology Days also included exchanges with customers, partners and trade fair participants. During the evening event on day 1 in particular, many contacts were made. The various specialist presentations and keynote speeches also contributed to taking home a lot of new knowledge.

However, our personal trade fair topic this year was electronic invoicing, for which we had a solution in our luggage.
