As an SAP® forms specialist, many of our employees spend a large part of their working time at their desks and computers. To ensure that our colleagues stay healthy, we regularly hold prevention days on the subject of general health.
Together with height-adjustable desks and other ergonomic aids for daily work, the aim is to raise general awareness of healthy working practices.
For today’s Health Day, we have therefore invited Ms. Baumgart and Mr. Kraus from AOK Bayern and their cooperation partner Ms. Hartleitner, three experts on the subject of health in the workplace.
With the help of a cardioscan and a spinal measurement, the health experts provide our employees in Hirschaid with valuable information on their health status and give appropriate tips on how to improve their mental and physical health at their own workplace.
