We made it on time! The new SSP Forms Release 2410 will be presented at this year’s DSAG annual congress in Leipzig in Leipzig. So come and visit us at stand L8 and be inspired by the new features!

The release will then be available to all new customers, existing customers and those interested in forms from October 2024.

The highlights of the new SSP Forms Release 2410

Wizard for cross application form development

There is now a wizard for form developments for which no template exists. This reduces manual work immensely. In addition to our templates, you can also customize your own forms by linking them to our cross application.

Label template Global Transport Label (GTL)

We now deliver a label template for Global Transport Labels according to VDA-4994 in SSP Label-Forms. Global Transport Labels (GTL) ensure efficient incoming goods processes. The VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry) guidelines enable clear and continuous recording and tracking of packages in the systems of all parties involved in the supply chain. Global Transport Label is generally used for labeling small and large load carriers (KLT and GLT).

The structure and content are controlled in our solution via customizing. If necessary, deviations from the VDA standard can be customized individually.

Label template nameplate

We now supply a label template for type plates in SSP Label-Forms. All products and machines that fall under the Machinery Directive must be labeled with a type plate. A type plate serves the purpose of clear identification.

Technically, it is a form, but the structure and content are controlled by customizing in our solution. As a result, it is a template with several product-specific or customer-specific characteristics. Type plates can contain information on products in the form of text, images, barcodes and pictograms, among other things.

Transparent customizing of attachments for the PDF merge directly in SSP Forms

You can use the PDF merger to combine any number of documents into one PDF (e.g. order, delivery bill, invoice, etc.). These can be combined as required, e.g. with: Proof of performance, product information, purchasing conditions, parts lists, technical drawings and any other PDF documents.

With Release 2410, attachments can now be selected flexibly from the mime repository or from the archive. This function can be activated, deactivated and conditioned via customizing.
