Softway Trainee Day 2023

Whether you are just starting out in your career or have been with us for some time, a trainee day is a great opportunity to strengthen team spirit and tackle new challenges together. That’s why our trainees had a varied program for their trainee day:

Black light mini golf

After refreshments, the trainee day started with 3D black light mini golf. In a luminous and mysterious atmosphere, Dennis, Ricardo, Sebastian and Tabea determined the winner of the imaginary minigolf cup. After a total of 18 holes played, Dennis won with a final score of 50 strokes.

Escape Room

After a cooling ice cream break, we continued on to the Empire Escape Nuremberg. In the “Space Escape” room, real teamwork was required to solve all the puzzles and leave the room again. Creativity and logic were also put to the test. After 45 minutes, Dennis, Ricardo, Sebastian and Tabea had solved all the puzzles and were able to successfully escape from a prison cell in an alien spaceship and initiate their rescue via the control room. This was 15 minutes faster than planned.

This brought an exciting and varied day to an end, which, as Dennis emphasizes, will be remembered: “The trainee day was once again able to promote and expand cohesion, teamwork and exchange among the trainees. We had a lot of fun and are already looking forward to the next Trainee Day!”.
