Softway Trainee Day 2021

“Once a year of training has been completed, it means that the trainee day will not be long in coming.”

Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, we have unfortunately not been able to organize a trainee day for two years. But when the current situation fortunately allowed us to do so again and we received the approval of our CEOs, we were able to start planning a trainee day.

On November 17, the time had finally come again: It was Trainee Day!

As we are training two new apprentices in the area of development, the apprentices from the 3rd year decided to plan the apprentice day. After a short deliberation, it was clear to everyone that this time we would go to Nuremberg to play black light mini golf and then to an escape room.The trainee day was once again able to promote and expand cohesion, teamwork and exchange among the trainees.In short, the day was a complete success. We are already looking forward to the next one!

Black light mini golf

Black light minigolf lives from the many motifs of shimmering colors, which are spread over the walls, the minigolf courses and often also on the floor. Clever 3D effects turn simple minigolf into spectacular 3D blacklight minigolf.

Escape Room

Is a game in which a team searches for clues, solves puzzles and completes tasks in one or more rooms. The aim was to escape from the room within a given time.
