In a survey conducted by Softway AG as part of the Expert Talk 2022, 63% of the 71 participants stated that they were particularly confronted with an excessive number of forms. Also challenging for 54% of respondents: High testing effort and lack of know-how in the company.
Issues such as multilingualism, high error rates when making changes and the decentralized maintenance of forms are also seen as problems. What challenges do you face in your company?
